The wings and baby back ribs are the BEST around! The side orders are also delicious (fries, corn muffins, Cole slaw, Mac & cheese, or baked beans-you can't go wrong) The inside is dim and not in a romantic way-but doable. The service is good-but I prefer to takeout and enjoy my food at home where I can see it. The prices have sky-rocketed, but that has been the case everywhere.
Rib Rack has been a Philly staple forever. You can't go wrong with the wings but this time I ordered baby back ribs with fries, onion rings, coleslaw and cornbread. It was delicious and enough for two meals. I also took home a pack of cornbread muffins because they are delicious. Our service was on point. It's a little dark inside so you need time for your eyes to adjust. It was super clean. I noticed that there were lots of people picking up to go orders.
The food was a pretty good option for the holiday weekend. The baby back rib platter was good and filling. The ribs were tender, the Mac and cheese were flavorful, and the corn bread was tasty. I ordered to go and my food was about a 20 minute wait. They have dinning room, but it was very dim and dark inside, like a pub. Overall pretty good. It's not easy finding good bbq in Philly.

I will never order wings from anywhere else. On Super Bowl Sunday, the service was still a well oiled machine.
We ordered a huge order for Super Bowl Sunday. Called same day, and everything came out perfectly. The order was right, the food was incredibly great, as always, and the staff was on point to make sure that things moved quickly for pick up. They are a Northeast Philly staple, and continue to keep that a true statement .
Well, the ribs are really outstanding. My first time there. The place is not very well lit. Not sure why that is. The service was great, the corn muffins were delicious, and again, the ribs were really plentiful and wonderfully cooked. Very generous portions, too. They no longer serve beer and wine. It's now a BYOB.
